To Die For Zucchini Brownies
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tea soda
2 tea cinnamon
1 tea salt
4 table spoons cocco
1 tea vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
1. Blend all wet items (eggs, oil, vanilla and zucchini) and sugar together.
2. Mix until smooth.
3. In a different bowl, mix all dry items together.
4. Add dry to wet and blend well.
5. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan.
6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins
Creamy Coco Frosting
6 table spoons butter, softened
1/2 cup coco
1/2 vanilla
2 2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 table spoon water
1. Beat butter until smooth,
2. Add sugar and coco and milk alternating
3. Add water and vanilla as needed.
