Christie Barton Dickson's Gazapacho
6 cups tomato juice
1/2 onion minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup minced green pepper
3 tab chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 tea tabasco
salt and pepper
8 chopped tomatoes
2 cups cucumbers, chopped
2 cups avocado, chopped
1. combine everything and chill
great with croutons and cheese
