2 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
4 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup butter
4 cups sour cream
2/3 cups green onions, chopped
2 tea spoons parsley
1 1/2 tea spoons garlic powder
1 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea pepper
1. Combine everything but the hash browns and mix well.
2. Fold mixture into hash browns.
3. Put mixture into deep baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with paprika.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 45 min
