Martha's Mustard Mashed Potatoes
4 1/4 pounds of Russett or Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 1/2 tea salt, plus more if needed
3/4 to 1 cup milk
1 cup butter, cubed
1/2 minced garlic
1/2 tea spoon fresh pepper
1/2 cup of your favorite mustard
1. Dice potatoes and boil until tender, but not mushy.
2. Drain potatoes and put into a mixer.
3. Add butter, milk, garlic, pepper, salt, and mustard.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
