Herb Roasted Potatoes Poupon
5 tables spoons Grey Poupon djon mustard
2 table spoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tea spoon Italian seasoning
6 medium red potatoes w/ skins
1. Cut potatoes into wedges or pieces and place in mixing bowl.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss.
4. Place potatoes in a lightly greased 9x13 dish.
5. Bake at 425 for 35 to 45 min or until tender.
